Our Policy

Northern Food Forest Nursery ships healthy plant material and all stock is carefully inspected and packaged to ensure a safe journey to their forever home. They have a conditional warranty on their products. Any stock that fails to leaf out by July 1st will receive a replacement. Claims must be made before July 1st and must include a photo of the plant or tree. Warranty exceptions include improper care and maintenance and weather extremes. The customer must follow the planting guide that the nursery provides. The nursery will offer a refund, merchandise credit, or plant replacement for the following year at their discretion. The customer is responsible for paying all freight costs on replacements. Our nursery prides themselves in excellent customer service and wants to see our customers succeed!
