Shipping: We do not ship outside of Canada. We ship plant material at appropriate times of the year which makes the adjustment to a new home much better for them. Trees and plants are sent out in either April and May while they are dormant. We do not ship plants during the summer.
Returns: We ship healthy plant material. If for some reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please let us know. We will do our best to work with you and figure what went wrong. We can not be responsible for how plants are handled by customers. If you are unsatisfied with your order, we would like to know, as our mission is to help get as many amazing trees out there as possible.
Environmental Responsibility
We do not use any synthetic fertilizers, or pesticides/herbicides, organic or not. This ensures our landscapes are as healthy and diverse as possible. We take great pride in this, as it is very common in our industry to do harm to nature.

If you are a part of a non-profit organization that aims to enhance communities with trees, perennials, and shrubs that produce food, you could be eligible to a bulk discount. Please write us an email detailing the goals of your project and the specifics of the plant material you’re looking for. Our business is driven by the food abundance that food forests can create in local communities and would love to supply your project with fruitful, hardy, adaptable trees and plants.
Local Food Initiatives for Ontario
If you are a farmer interested in agroforestry and would like to purchase trees or plants from us, please get in touch with us with any questions you have. You may be eligible to a discount on bulk material. This is because we would love to see our local communities put in tree crops, berry bushes, and other food forest plants. These plants offer unique products that could be a true gift to your consumers, especially in a northern climate.
